"Box showed up crushed again"
FedEx dropped off my package yesterday, and the box looked like it had been tossed around the truck all day, stepped on, shoved under heavier stuff, and then dragged to my door like nobody cared.
One of the corners was ripped open and the things inside were all loose and shifted around everywhere, and somehow nothing was fully broken, but it was way too close for comfort.
This has happened to me before, so it’s not like a one-time thing, and while I get that delays or busy days happen, handling packages this roughly just makes me not want to trust them with anything fragile anymore.

"Feels overpriced for a basic shipment"
I used FedEx because I didn’t really have another option at the time, but the shipping cost felt way too high for what I was sending. It was just a basic package, and in my opinion, the price didn’t match the service at all. I’ve seen other carriers offer similar delivery speeds for less, so I’m not sure I’d choose FedEx again unless I absolutely had to

"FedEx lost my package and blamed me for it"
FedEx lost my package, and instead of actually helping, they kept acting like I was the problem. I gave them the info they asked for, followed up more than once, and still got nowhere. It felt like they were more interested in blaming me than fixing their own mistake

I tried reaching out to customer service and never got a response. After waiting around for a while, I basically took the hint and stopped chasing it. In my head, no reply usually means it’s not going anywhere, so I just gave up.

I mostly use FedEx to schedule pickups or find a nearby drop-off spot, it makes shipping so much less stressful. It’s easy to use and saves me from driving around wondering where to go, which I really appreciate. The only thing that gets a little frustrating is when the pickup window is too wide, because waiting around can be annoying. Still, for regular shipping, it’s not perfect, but it’s convenient enough that I keep coming back to it

"Tracking can be hit or miss"
The tracking said my package was delivered, but it was actually still two towns away. Sometimes it seems to work fine, but this time it was way off.

My package showed up way later than expected, and I barely got any useful updates along the way. I’ve had this happen before with previous orders, so it was frustrating to deal with the same issue again.

I’m still waiting for any real update on my claim, and it’s been frustrating. I haven’t gotten much help so far, and the whole process feels like a joke at this point. Curious if other people have had the same experience or if it’s just me
